WHAT HAPPENS DURING A NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation takes 90 mins. I will send you a comprehensive health questionnaire and three day food diary to be completed in advance of our meeting. This allows me to gain insight into your current health symptoms and the initial steps we need to take.
Our first session will involve an in depth conversation about your medical history, health concerns, diet, lifestyle and goals for the future. This allows me to create a bespoke plan specific to your needs. My nutrition and lifestyle plans are delivered over 12 weeks as this allows you the time and space to implement the changes, avoid overwhelm and achieve greater success.
Each follow up allows us to review the plan and establish which aspects are going well and those that aren’t. I provide motivational support and accountability throughout the programme helping to keep you feeling connected, positive and on track.
