What is health coaching?
Health coaching involves working on the mindset around eating habits and behaviours
Most of us know what we should and shouldn’t be eating but somehow we still on occasions make choices that aren’t in the best interest of our health and wellness.

​The reasons behind this can be emotional and related to how we feel about ourselves. Prescribed one size fits all plans often fail because they don’t account for the reality of our life. Who we are, whats important to us and how we spend our time. When it comes to change we do it because we want to, not because we ‘should’!
